Thus, Flyboyheadwear.com was born.

Flyboy caps are designed with a “comfort patch” so the Pilot headset will fit on the cap smooth across the entire top. We feature both helicopter and aircraft symbols. If you are ordering over 144 units, we can even help you create your own patch design along with all the features you may want in your cap. Want a custom trim? No problem. Metal closure with logo?
